Because there is no tangible product to be returned to us for resale, we do not offer refunds. Of course, if there is any sort of problem with our system or process, such as:

• our system experiences a problem between payment and order retrieval of your advert and your advert is not published after you have paid
• you are billed more than once for the same order
• your order is not as specified
• or you cancel your order before going to print

just contact us and we will promptly fix the problem / your order or refund your money as appropriate.
